HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM PORTRAIT?
Once you have decided you would like to buy a custom painting, Contact the Artist and let her know what kind of portrait you would like to have done, what size canvas you would like and let her know your location. She will contact you and take it from there.
HOW DO I PAY?
You can pay via e-transfer(Canada) to drawwithraw@hotmail.com OR the Artist will send you an invoice that you can pay using PayPal, Mastercard, American Express or Visa.
LOCATION
The Artist is located in Toronto, ON. Canada.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Paintings for sale: If damages have occurred to a painting while in transit, contact the artist within 12 hours of receiving the painting and send proof of damages. The Artist will then refund the full amount (Not the shipping cost).
Custom paintings: If damages have occurred to a painting while in transit, contact the artist within 12 hours of receiving the painting and send proof of damages. The Artist will then refund the remaining amount and shipping cost (25% Non-refundable will not be refunded).
NO RETURNS.
SHIPPING
Shipping prices differ depending on location. If you are interested in a painting, provide your location, size canvas you would like, if you would like a human portrait/pet portrait and how many faces you would like on the canvas. The Artist can then find out the cost and provide you with your total quote for the painting and shipping.
COVID-19
Extra measures of cleanliness have been put in place to keep everyone safe. Work area is kept clean and sanitized. The Artist thoroughly washes her hands before every painting she starts. She will not work on paintings if she is showing any signs of illness. Work area and hands are cleaned before packaging paintings for shipping. If a client is local and is able to meet with the Artist for receipt of their painting. Both parties are required to wear a mask. Currently only shipping within Canada and the United States during this time due to delays with the Postal service.
